Key responsibilities Include:
-   Strictly Comply with the Safety Rules
-   Preparing color recipes and recipe combinations
-   Carry out the necessary preparations for the production run (make ‘pressure steel’ available for the printers, references for the inspection table, necessary materials for production,…)
-   Executing the necessary corrections on the machines, together with the ink maker
-   Follow-up ‘dosed’ production according to the planning
-   Assessing the usability of the recipes for production
-   Follow-up of the used recipe barrels during production process
-   Keep track of the order of recipes for production (accurate time keeping)
-   Determine the formulas for the retour ink
-   Accurately keep track of the recipes made and the location (for the ink maker)
-   Intervene in production process if necessary, fast decisions while production is running
-   Clean transfer of the work station to the next shift
-   Responsible for order and cleanliness in the own work station and around
