Procurement & Transformation Project Leader

Main responsibilities and key tasks

• You support change and transformation within sourcing technology.

• You setup new business intelligence / analysis tools for the procurement and supply chain group.

• You support continuous development and adjustment of procurement sourcing strategy.

• You develop tools for standardized supply market surveillance and trend reaction tools.

• You structure KPI's and other reporting for procurement based on the needs of the organization.

• You develop specifications for new software tools, develop and amend specifications as needed to fit desired business functionality.

• You successfully manage 3rd Party System Integrators.

• You report directly to the Procurement director of the organisation.

Competency Profile

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering of Information Systems or experience in similar function, preferably in procurement. 

• You have a sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, software systems and support in development of such systems in regards to procurement.

• Proven skills in MS Office products (e.g. PowerBI).

• You truly understand procurement and have a proven ability of engaging stakeholders.

• You have a proven ability to lead P2P Transformation for Procurement Processes (including Buying Channel / Master Data Cleanse / Category Cards / Taxonomy Review) 

• Developed and implemented governance model, process change and tools.

• Good communication and relationship building skills with on all levels within the organization.

• You take initiative and work in a pro-active manner.

• You are fluent in English. Dutch and French are an asset.
