Main responsibilities and key tasks 


  • Your programs are linked to several Commercial Excellence initiatives around pricing excellence, digital marketing, B2B-commerce, CRM, ...
  • Your job is to help oversee and coordinate the various projects, bring structure wherever needed
  • Organize, prepare, and lead SteerCo meetings
  • You will also be leading 2 or 3 projects yourself
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Competencies and skills 


  • You hold a bachelor or master degree, with a demonstrated track-record of 3 - 5 years in program and project management
  • Strong affinity with CRM, E-Commerce, CPQ (ideally Salesforce) and SAP ERP
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Well organized and process orientated
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices




Strong written and spoken English skills

Dutch and/or French are a plus
