PMO Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated PMO Director to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive project management office (PMO) and governance framework to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and tools to ensure project delivery excellence
  • Establish and maintain a project governance framework to ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities
  • Provide project management leadership and support to project teams
  • Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks and issues to senior management
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the PMO and project teams
  • Ensure project data accuracy, consistency, and visibility
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Develop and manage PMO budgets and resources

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management and PMO leadership
  • PMP or other project management certification
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead change and implement PMO best practices
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
