We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated PMO Director to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive project management office (PMO) and governance framework to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and tools to ensure project delivery excellence
- Establish and maintain a project governance framework to ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities
- Provide project management leadership and support to project teams
- Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks and issues to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the PMO and project teams
- Ensure project data accuracy, consistency, and visibility
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Develop and manage PMO budgets and resources
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management and PMO leadership
- PMP or other project management certification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead change and implement PMO best practices
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
