Your main responsibilities:

• Manage Raw Material related projects from the start until industrial validation, together with your team members from R&D, Production… 
• Support our internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Innovation….) with raw material projects & issues.
• Develop & maintain a respectful & strong relationship with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Source, evaluate & validate Raw Materials, and feed our knowledge management system with newly gained knowhow.
• Motivate our Lab employee(s) by actively involve them in your projects.

Your competences & skills:

• Teamplayer, who can work in a constructive & respectful way with multiple stakeholders.
• Approachable attitude.
• Strongly dynamic and curious personality.
• Active problem solver.
• Graduated as Bachelor or Master in Chemical Engineering or similar, with experience in an R&D or Operational environment.
• Great interest in Raw Materials and their application in several production techniques.
• Willing to move between our B.I.G. departments to be visually accessible.

Your languages:

• Good communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
